Families start with a free one-hour intro call and then a $40/hour rate, with flexible sliding-scale options. We will set up a call after we receive and review all the information provided. Each call is individualized and based on your submitted information, your questions, and the kind of help we can provide.
Teachers, school staff, ABA and clinical teams, and homeschooling families can book the same $40/hour advisement call, and every call ends with a written map. When a call covers a program of more than 35 students, it is program-level work and the rate is $150/hour. Sliding-scale options apply at both rates so budget is never a barrier, and free resources such as the Making Change from 2 Cents class are always available.

Booking Process
1. Free Intro Call
We offer a free one-hour intro call for families, schools and clinical teams. Follow-up and advisement sessions are $40/hour, or $150/hour when the call covers a program of more than 35 students. Sliding-scale flexibility is available at either rate, and every call ends with a written map.
2. Intensives & Workshops
We provide virtual hourly or flat-priced onsite intensives (Foundational 2-Day, Student Deep Dive 5-Day, Classroom 5-Day) that leave teams with reports and toolkits.
3. Workshop Sponsorship Fund
We believe budget should never prevent training. A limited number of sponsored workshops are awarded each semester through our Partnership Fund.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do we schedule a district-wide workshop?
Contact us via the partnership request form to discuss your district calendar. We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for professional development days. In-person workshops run 1-3 hours for a flat engagement fee.
Can consultation be provided remotely?
Case by case. Staff training, team strategy and program development travel well over video, and we deliver those nationwide. Student-specific work is different. When the work depends on seeing the behavior in the room, the setup, the transitions and what happens in the minutes before it goes wrong, video is a consult with our vision cut in half, and we will say so rather than take it on. We cannot address what we cannot see, and we cannot build a tool that fits a student or a classroom out of what a team was not able to show us. Bring the specifics to the intake call and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done remotely.
Do you charge for travel?
We travel for events, workshops and consulting, with travel arrangements covered by the host organization. Travel within 50 miles of Sulphur, Oklahoma is included at no charge. Beyond that, travel and lodging are arranged with you as part of the engagement.
