The Data & Support Toolkit

$0.00

Twelve repeatable tracking and support forms that turn the Map Maker framework into evidence you can act on — and bring to a meeting.

The guides explain the framework. The worksheets do the one-time analysis. This toolkit is the layer in between — the forms you fill in again and again, so understanding turns into data, and data turns into the case you bring to a pediatrician, an OT, or an IEP team.

Twelve forms, built on three principles that run through every page:

  • Data serves the child, not the file. You track to understand a nervous system, not to build a case against a child. Write what you saw, not what you think it meant.

  • Track the body and the environment, not just the behavior. A behavior is the last and loudest layer. The data that changes outcomes lives underneath it — the zone, the body signal, the sensory and language load, what came before.

  • Progress is the return of signals, not the absence of meltdowns. A child who starts asking for water, showing tiredness before collapse, or pointing to what hurts is improving — even if hard moments continue.

What's inside:

  • Core, for everyone — the Daily Regulation and Behavior Log (the engine most tools feed into) and the Personal Cascade Map, which learns this child's early-warning order so you can step in during the Yellow zone

  • For families — the Two-Week Body Sweep, the Interoception and Sensory-Diet Log, the Communication Growth Log, and the Home-to-School Bridge

  • For teachers — the Classroom Regulation-First Tracker, the IEP Present-Levels and Input Worksheet, and the laminate-it All-Staff One-Page Profile

  • For autism staff and clinicians — the FCT Plan and Fidelity Tracker, the Return-of-Signals Progress Tracker, and the Co-Regulation and Repair Log

The forms connect. A logged behavior runs through the Whole-Picture Map to find where it originates. The Body Sweep rules out pain first. The Cascade Map catches the next one earlier. The FCT Plan builds the replacement, and Return-of-Signals measures whether it's working. Formatted to 8.5×11 for printing, and delivered as a single bundle plus each form on its own.
